Keen cooks will enjoy the brilliantly appointed kitchen area which boasts a great range of appliances and equipment including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher. There is also a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine.
Heading towards the rear of the property are the two beautiful bedrooms, a master double bedroom with TV which benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and a cosy twin room. Completing the offering inside the property is a fresh and contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Venture outside onto the decked terrace at the front of the property where you can enjoy al fresco dining and drinks during warm weather, or head to the rear decked area where you will find the relaxing and private sunken hot tub with an inbuilt iPod dock and speakers. There is one communal bathroom in the accommodation with a shower over bath and WC.
The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a Smart TV, electric fire and French doors which open out onto the decking and hot tub.
If you prefer to stay in and cook, the well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker and gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.​

Outside is a spacious decked area, which has been gated, with garden furniture and a private, hot tub with iPod dock and speakers.Ample parking for cars.

This property offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. A set of external stairs lead across the raised decked terrace to the property’s front door, which opens directly into the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
The fabulous lounge area offers beautiful feature windows allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy an evening under the stars with the flame-effect electric fire glowing in the background.
Cook up a storm in the delightful kitchen area which offers an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility cupboard which also provides handy storage space.
After a long day, head down the hall where you will find the two bedrooms, the master bedroom is a double room which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and a TV, whilst the second bedroom is a homely twin room. The bathroom is also located here and consist of a shower-over-bath and WC.
